LEMAN ACQUIRES DALPA

With 30 employees across branches in Leeds and Glasgow and an annual turnover of approx. GBP 6,5 million, Dalpa will add significant footprint to the LEMAN International Transport Ltd organisation and further strengthen our product offering to our customers. 

Dalpa’s core business of European road freight will complement our current services and historical focus on the Nordic countries to and from the UK. In addition to the recent acquisition of the SEA/AIR specialist RSH in Heathrow as per 1st July 2015, we have now ensured thus expanded our UK product offering significantly thus almost doubled our UK company, informs Thomas Krøyer, CEO of the LEMAN Group.

LEMAN and Dalpa share similar values where focus on operational excellence is key. The merger will give us the strongest platform possible and enable us to serve our existing and future customers via a full product portfolio. Ultimately, this will benefit our customers, informs Andrew Holland, owner of Dalpa International Ltd.
